What are the differences in flavor between high and low elevation teas?
To generalize, you may find lower elevation teas to be a bit more 'flavor forward' with the floral or buttery aromas being more pronounced, but with less complexity and layers of flavor. While the higher elevation teas will be more subtle, complex, and balanced, with much more going on, but perhaps less of the pronounced, in-your-face, aromas.
